Claims/Returns
We apologize for the issues with your order. Your business is important to us, we will begin working on your order immediately! Please include all items you would like to replace/return below. To ensure you receive all replacements at once, please fill out this form after you have taken inventory of your order and opened all boxes.
1. Please inspect your entire order before submitting a claim. Include all damaged or missing items on one claim ticket so we can process your order in a timely manner.
2. Our claims department will review your claim once the form is submitted. After it is approved, your claim will be processed for replacement.
3. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address when your claim has shipped out.
